[IAG] Cookie authentication exemption does not take effect–Cookie authentication exemption is not enabled on the device

Problem Description

Password authentication is configured. When the user authenticates, he/she checks the option to remember the login status on the authentication page. However, authentication is still required the next day.

Root cause

The function of recording login status on the authentication page is based on cookie-free authentication. If this checkbox is checked, it must be ensured that cookie-free authentication is enabled on the device.

solution

Enable cookie-free authentication and use the same browser to open the web page after the user logs out, because the cookie is stored in the browser. If you use another browser, you cannot call the existing cookie and the free authentication will not take effect.
