[IAG] Cross-layer 3 unsuccessful: Link aggregation, the core reply packet is sent to another pair of bridges
Problem Description
After the three layers are configured, the device can communicate with the core address and the Mac address can be obtained through the snmp tool.
Process——
- Check that the configuration across the three layers is correct and exclude the core Mac address
- Mac information can be obtained through the snmp tool
- Capture the packet of port 161 through the interface and find that there is no reply data packet after the device request is sent out
- The device is deployed with dual bridges. When capturing data packets on port 161 on all interfaces, it is found that the SNMP reply packets are sent to the other pair of bridges of the device, causing the device to be unable to receive data normally.
- By setting up the management port and core direct connection, obtain the normal status of Mac across three layers
solution
Set up direct connection between the management port and the core, and obtain the normal status of Mac across three layers
