[IAG] Customized URL classification library occasionally fails to take effect

Problem Description

Customer feedback: The custom URL domain name is allowed, but occasionally it is rejected by the built-in rule library "Travel Traffic"

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the policy matching result set of the user and find that the custom URL category library is placed at the front for release. The last policy rejects the built-in "travel traffic"
  2. Query this domain name in the URL category library and find that it matches three URL category libraries at the same time, but the policy only allows one URL category library, and the other two are not allowed.
  3. If the other two are not released, the device will sometimes recognize the other two URL category libraries when identifying this domain name, but the other two URL category libraries are not released, so the default rejection policy "Travel and Transportation" built-in rule is matched and rejected.

solution

  1. Delete the redundant URL classification library and keep the domain name in only one URL classification library
  2. Open all URL classification libraries matching this domain name
