[IAG] dlan service cannot be started–sn code invalid

Problem Description

The dlan service cannot be started. Manually starting the service also fails. The system log prompts Check sn failed!

Process——

  1. The dlan service cannot run. Manually starting the service still fails. Restarting the device still fails.
  2. Check the system log and it will show "Check sn failed!"

Root cause

This is mostly because the network card of the LAN or WAN port is broken, which makes it impossible to obtain the SN, or the network port is swapped, which causes the gateway ID to become invalid, which in turn affects the serial number and causes the DLAN service to stop.

solution

  1. If the network card interaction causes the lack of authorization or the line number authorization is not available, you need to reopen the authorization;
  2. If the network card is damaged, coordinate with 400 customer service to determine whether it is a device failure that requires returning to the factory for repair.
