[IAG] Do not uncheck the box on the Select Applicable Applications page

Problem Description

The customer configured a policy and then wanted to allow the SSH application. After searching, it was found that SSH was grayed out and could not be unchecked.

Process——

Search the object definition to confirm that the label of the SSH application is indeed a security risk.

Root cause

The "Security Risk" label is selected in the applicable application section, and the SSH application is an application under this built-in label.

solution

Uncheck the "Security Risk" label for the applicable app and select the app from the app list.
