[IAG] Domain organizational structure cannot be synchronized

Problem Description

After adding a new user in the AD domain, click Synchronize Now and find that the domain account is not synchronized normally

Process——

  1. Add a new user to the domain, click Synchronize Now, check the organization users to see if they are synchronized, and find that the user is not synchronized normally.
  2. Check the synchronization report and there is no error message
  3. Comparing the domain organizational structure and the console configuration, it was found that there was an additional non-existent OU in the synchronization group. After deleting it, it returned to normal.

solution

After deleting the non-existent OU in the synchronization policy, it works normally.
