Problem Description

The domain organization structure is not synchronized in the online user list, but it is synchronized successfully in the group/user list

Process——

  1. Check the system log and find that the synchronization failed
  2. Check the LDAP server synchronization configuration and find an exception, as shown in the following figure

    The customer selected Unlimited, but did not check Search by Page

Root cause

  1. Normally, the page size should be configured as 800 according to the device mode restrictions, and the size limit should be 1000. If the customer does not want to have restrictions, then you need to check the display according to paging
