[IAG] Domain user authentication page prompts that the username and password are incorrect when changing passwords. The username and password are normal when actually tested

Problem Description

The domain user authentication page prompts that the username and password are incorrect when changing the password. The actual test username and password are normal.

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. The test domain user successfully tests the validity on the authentication server, and the authentication can also be launched normally
  2. When the IAG uses the smb protocol to request the authentication server to change the password, the domain server does not respond.
  3. The domain server does not enable the smbv1 protocol, resulting in a failure to modify the username and password. Version 13.0.7 only supports smbv1.

Root cause

The domain server does not enable the smbv1 protocol, resulting in a failure to modify the username and password

solution

  1. Enable smbv1 on the domain server. The operation will cause the domain server to restart.

Operation Impact Scope

Domain server restart

Is this a temporary solution?

No
