Problem Description

Domain users cannot be associated with policies

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the Internet policy to confirm that there is an application for the user.
  2. I see in the domain user that this policy is not applied
  3. After comparison, it was confirmed that the problem was caused by the comma in the OU name. Modify the OU name and remove the comma and it will be normal
