[IAG] Encrypted emails cannot be audited, but SSL content identification function works normally

Problem Description

The SSL content identification function is normal, but the email cannot be audited.

Process——

  1. Check the Internet behavior monitoring, and it always prompts that the record is the custom http mail security application
  2. Check the custom applications and reference many email domain names as custom applications

  3. Disable custom application test and it works fine

Root cause

Customizing applications related to email domains causes the identified emails to be classified into the custom applications instead of being identified as normal emails.

solution

Disable custom applications and use applications defined in the rule base.
