Problem Description

When importing IAG12.0.29 version configuration to the whole network behavior management version 13.0.4, an error message appears, indicating that the IAG12.0.29 version configuration cannot be imported

Process——

  1. To upgrade from IAG12.0.29 to the full network behavior management version 13.0.4, you must restore the factory settings before upgrading to successfully upgrade.
