Problem Description

IAG shuts down the built-in data center and reports an error – the synchronization strategy for the external log center is not configured, and shutting down the built-in log center is not allowed

Process——

  1. In the synchronization policy list, you can see that the enabled synchronization policy exists. Open the policy and find that the "Policy Type" is "DLA" instead of "BA"

  2. The test was successful by enabling the originally disabled BA type synchronization strategy or adding a new BA type synchronization strategy.

Root cause

The initial inference is that DLA (ITM) is transmitting leaked data and does not contain all logs. To ensure the integrity of the logs, the device must support closing it during BA type synchronization.

solution

Solve the problem by enabling the disabled BA type synchronization policy or adding a new BA type synchronization policy.
