[IAG] Error when upgrading external data center 6.1 to 11.0 – web port is not 80

Problem Description

The external data center 6.1 upgrade to 11.0 reports an error, as shown below:

Process——

Check the error log file contents and find the following information:

Root cause

When the external data center is upgraded from 6.1 to 11.0, port 80 will be used for report and configuration conversion. If the external data center web query log port is not 80, the conversion will fail. Therefore, it needs to be changed to port 80 before upgrading.

solution

Log in to the 6.1 external data center configuration terminal, change the web port to port 80, save and take effect, and then upgrade the version again.
