[IAG] Error when upgrading from 12.0.29 to 13.0.1 – caused by failure to restore to factory settings

Process——

According to the error translation: Before upgrading, you need to restore to the state when you first configured it;
Successfully upgraded after restoring factory settings

Root cause

IAG13.0.1 can only be upgraded when IAG12.0.29 has been restored to default configuration

solution

Solved by restoring factory settings and then upgrading again
