[IAG] Error when upgrading from IAG12.0.27 to IAG12.0.29

Problem Description

The error message when upgrading from IAG12.0.27 to IAG12.0.29 is as shown in the figure:

Process——

  1. When upgrading from IAG12.0.27 to IAG12.0.29, an error message appears, indicating that the conversion failed;

Root cause

IAG12.0.29 supports the upgrade package from IAG11.0 official version to 12.0.26; This package is the 13.0.4 pre-package. To upgrade from 11.0-12.0.26 to 13.0.4, you need to upgrade to 12.0.29 first, and then restore to factory settings and upgrade to 13.0.4. It is not recommended to upgrade to this version alone;

solution

IAG12.0.27 cannot be upgraded to IAG12.0.29. If this package has been loaded and an upgrade error occurs, you need to reload the IAG12.0.27 package to restore.
