[IAG] Failed to obtain MAC information across three layers, and the switch performance was abnormal
Problem Description
When the cross-layer MAC acquisition function is enabled in the behavior management, the acquisition fails.

Effective troubleshooting steps
- Check that the cross-layer configuration is normal
- The device and switch communicate normally
- Using third-party tools to obtain SNMP information on the computer also fails
- Capture packets on the computer and IAG to check. We sent an SNMP request packet, but the switch did not respond.
Root cause
The customer checked the switch configuration and found that the switch had too many SNMP configurations, which resulted in insufficient performance and packet loss.
solution
The switch is normal after shutting down some SNMP systems
