[AF] Bandwidth Management is not effective and the IP is added to the Whitelist

Problem Description

When Bandwidth Management is not configured, the download rate is about 100kb/s, but after configuring Bandwidth Management to 50kb/s, the download rate is still about 100kb/s

Process——

Check the black Whitelist and find that the computer IP Address is configured in WhitelistMedium

Root cause

The rate-limited address was added to the Whitelist, causing the Bandwidth Management for the IP to fail to take effect.

solution

After deleting the address Medium the whitelist, the Bandwidth Management for the IP takes effect.

Suggestions and Conclusion

After the whitelist is enabled for a certain IP, the Bandwidth Management does not take effect on the IP
