[AF] Inspection failed: decompression inspection report is abnormal

Problem Description

Customer AF inspection error decompression inspection report abnormality: [Error 2] No such fire or directory;

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Test Network connectivity. Port 51111 communicates normally.
  2. The latest version downloaded from the tool community, the rule base has also been updated to the latest version;
  3. Download the acheck log to view it, and it prompts that the file is missing when parsing the inspection file;
  4. When the inspection results are downloaded and imported in the background, the report cannot be generated and the parsing failure will be prompted;

  1. All antivirus and security software on the computer have been exited;
  2. Check the error Info and find that acheck is decompressed in a long recursive directory under the user directory of the C drive. After changing to the root directory of another drive, the inspection is normal;

Root cause

The acheck tool is placed in the user directory without write permission, resulting in inspection failure

solution

acheck is stored in a non-user directory with less recursion.
