Effective troubleshooting steps
- Test Network connectivity. Port 51111 communicates normally.
- The latest version downloaded from the tool community, the rule base has also been updated to the latest version;
- Download the acheck log to view it, and it prompts that the file is missing when parsing the inspection file;
- When the inspection results are downloaded and imported in the background, the report cannot be generated and the parsing failure will be prompted;

- All antivirus and security software on the computer have been exited;
- Check the error Info and find that acheck is decompressed in a long recursive directory under the user directory of the C drive. After changing to the root directory of another drive, the inspection is normal;

Root cause
The acheck tool is placed in the user directory without write permission, resulting in inspection failure
solution
acheck is stored in a non-user directory with less recursion.
