[AF] Modify Interfaces error: Interfaces ETH0 is referenced by VPN Interfaces and cannot be set as WAN attribute

Problem Description

When adjusting the Interfaces configuration, an error occurs: Interfaces ETH0 is referenced by the VPN Interfaces and cannot be set as a WAN attribute

Process——

  1. Check the VPN Interfaces settings and find that the corresponding ETH0 port has been added to [VPN Intranet Settings]

  2. Understand the configuration of AF. ETH0 port was previously used as an intranet port to connect to VPN. Now it is no longer needed to connect to VPN. The previous configuration can be deleted.

  3. Delete ETH0 in [VPN built-in settings] and adjust the ETH0 Interfaces configuration to normal

Root cause

Interfaces ETH0 is referenced as the intranet Interfaces by the VPN interface Interfaces and cannot be set as the WAN attribute

solution

Delete ETH0 in [VPN built-in settings] and adjust the ETH0 Interfaces configuration to normal
