Problem Description

Network Objects – No data Medium Server Identification:

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. There is an ips serial number, but no waf serial number, and the function serial number is within the validity period;
  2. There is no ignored server. By capturing Services, you can see that there is server data forwarding.
  3. Security protection Policies is not configured:

Root cause

Services identification is done at the application layer. If no security protection policy is configured, data will not be sent to the application layer.

solution

Configure the security protection Policies and check the automatic identification option in the corresponding template.
