Problem Description

Two devices of a certain company cannot be connected using sangforVPN

Process——

Check the user list on the headquarters device and find that it is inconsistent with the user Medium the VPN Connection. The account Medium the connection is minzhi, while the user list in the headquarters is minzi

Root cause

The VPN connection failed because the user name for connecting to the VPN is incorrect

solution

Solution 1: Create a new minzhi user in the headquarters user list for connection
Solution 2: Change the user to minzi in the VPN Connection manager
