【NGAF】CC give alert NGAF memory high 80%

Issue Description

CC give alert NGAF memory high 80%, but in NGAF only show 50% memory usage.

Root Cause

It is due to the memory information passing from NGAF incorrect, which cause the information showing in CC is abnormal.

Solution

Install patch (KB-AF-20220412-sip-mem-alarm-AF8047) on NGAF
