Failed to Import User Due to MAC Address is Invalid.
Error/Warning Information
Error Messages show: Failed to add user!, The IP or MAC address is invalid.
Handling Process
Check the CSV format content to find the MAC address use ":" as the split symbol.
Root Cause
MAC address format is invalid, MAC address need use "-" as the split symbol.
