Issue Description

NGAF build IPSec VPN with NGAF or Third Party device failed. Check system log found out error message "No Proposal is chosen"

Handling Process

1. According to the error message in NGAF, negotiation in phase 2 failed.
2. Check the phase 2 setting.
   Path: Network > IPSecVPN > IPSecVPN > Phase 2
   
3. Found the Phase 2 security proposal setting inconsistent.
4. Change the security proposal to consistent then vpn able to build up.

Root Cause

Inconsistent security proposal setting.

Solution

Change the security proposal setting in either device.
