【NGAF】MAC PC Cannot Resolve Domain Name After Login SSL VPN

Issue Description

Mac computer cannot resolve domain name after logging into SSL VPN.

Handling Process

  1. Go to Network > SSL VPN > Local DNS found that Client PC uses the above DNS servers, this function will not work for MAC PC.

Root Cause

Client PC uses the above DNS servers will not work for MAC PC.

Solution

Client PC does not uses the above DNS servers, go to Network > SSL VPN > Local DNS configure Local Domain Name of Resource.
