【NSF】No Inbound and Outbound Traffic Shown at the PPPOE Subinterface

Problem Description

Confirmed that there is inbound and outbound traffic on the WAN interface, but it is not shown on the UI.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Capture the traffic at the WAN interface and verified it should be have inbound and outbound traffic
   

Solution

1. Use command show deep-static status to check the deep statis status
   
2. If it return false, type command deep-static enable to enable the deep statis
3. Others: To disable the deep statis, use deep-static disable

**Remark: The command has no negative impact on the normal operation or business traffic forwarding of the device. It is a configuration command used to enhance monitoring and statistical functions.
