Issue Description

Sangfor VPN cannot be build up and in the system log shown the below error:

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Checking the setting in HQ and branch.
2. Ping HQ side public ip success.
3. Telnet HQ side public ip with port 4009 failed.

Root Cause

The port 4009 had been assign to another public ip. The wan interface has 3 public ip and after enable the vpn service the port 4009 direct assign to public ip which locate in the first place.

Solution

Change the order of the public ip. For example, the public ip which use for build VPN put in the first place.
