【NGAF】Standardize syslog’s log field

Issue Description

When NGAF send logs to syslogs server the field name was not standardize. For example: Log Type and Log type can be found in the logs

Checked on the syslog data, found there is various entry on the log data. For example: Log Type and Log type can be found in the logs which is not in the same format.
