【NGAF】Unable to add VPN Local User

Issue Description

Customer feedback they not able to add Sangfor VPN Local User, there is no Add user button on Web UI.

Handling Process

  1. Check is the user join BBC or Platform-X or not.

  2. Found that the device have joined to BBC.

  3. Request to change the configuration from the BBC, after that able to add user.

Root Cause

The device have joined to the BBC, Local User, VPN Connection, Local Subnet, SD-WAN Path Selection will not able to modify.

Solution

  1. Push the configuration from BBC.

  2. If user didn’t use BBC to push configuration, can exit BBC so that user cxan direct modify the configuration.
