【NGAF】Unable to block custom URL with path

Issue Description

Unable to block custom URL with path even after enable decryption.

Error/Warning Information

Example of URL used:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson

Handling Process

1. Enabled internet access scenario content security to block on above custom URL.

2. Enabled decryption on internet access scenario.

3. Security policy already hit, but unable to block.

Root Cause

URL upper case and lower case issue, NGAF will not able to recognize the URL path if it is upper case, NGAF will only convert the URL from upper to lower case, but will not convert the URL path from upper to lower, which cause NGAF unable to recognize the URL

Solution

install patch KB-AF-20200507-TD202004281294-url_handle_drv-AF8.0.26
