Issue Description

NGAF combined with radius server SSO is unsuccessful.

Handling Process

1. Go to Authentication System > Authentication > Options check the radius configuration is no problem.
2. Go to System > Troubleshooting Packet capture analysis found only the username.
   

Root Cause

The mirrored data packet only contains the username and no user IP address field in the authentication packet.

Solution

Let the radius server adjust the authentication packet to include the following username and IP fields.
