【NSF】Country/Region based PBR not working.
Issue Description
The Policy Based Route(PBR)configured the country/region but the trafifc unable to match the PBR as created.

Handling Process
- Peform location lookup based on the destination IP.
- Ensure the country or region are selected on the PBR.
Root Cause
The PBR country/region matching mechanism mismatch.
Solution
Install patch KB_AF_pbr_area_2024121100376_8095SP1.bin to enhance the PBR country/region mechanism.
