【NSF】DNS Proxy troubleshooting Guide

Issue Description

When the PC is configured with the NSF LAN IP as the DNS server, external web pages cannot be accessed.

Error/Warning Logs:

Handling Process

1) Ensure DNS proxy is enabled.

2) Ensure the DNS server is configured for the DNS Transparent Proxy module.


3) Ensure the NSF able to communicate with DNS server.


4) Ensure the PC configured the NSF IP as the DNS server.


5) Ensure the PC are able to communicate with NSF IP.


6) Ensure the NSF IP are respond to the DNS query.
