【NSF】Firmware upgrade precheck fails which shows (The network interface referenced by the VPN link on this device lacks a next-hop gateway)

Issue Description

When performing firmware upgarde precheck encounter error (The network interface referenced by the VPN link on this device lacks a next-hop gateway)

Handling Process

1. Inspect for the VPN path configuration to identify the WAN interface selected as VPN paths.
   
2. Require to ensure the WAN selected have configured with default gateway or next hop IP.
   

Root Cause

The issue is result by the WAN interface does not configured with default gateway or next hop IP selected as VPN path.

Solution

1. Configured the default gateway or next hop IP for the WAN interface selected.
2. Remove the unecessary WAN interface from the VPN path.
