【NSF】Statistics module does not display data

Issue Description

When access the Application Statistics and Traffic Statistics it does not display data.

Error/Warning Logs:

Handling Process

1) Ensure the Application control logs and Traffic Audit Logs is enabled on local.


2) Ensure the log event is enabled for the Application control Policy.


3) Ensure Application ident database is latest version.


4) Ensure that the WAN attribute is enabled on WAN interface.


5) Ensure there are access logs generated.


6) Ensure the connection on LAN and WAN interface is two-way communication.
