【SCP】SCP Security Center EDR Licensing was not Revoke

Problem Description

After the terminal response platform of the security center was deleted, Licensing was not recovered normally.

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. Check the SCP Revoke bin and find that there is also an EDR (Endpoint Response Platform)
   
2. After manually deleting it from the Revoke Bin, the Licensing Revoke is normal.
   

Root cause

The endpoint response platform (EDR) of the security center is deleted from HCI. HCI will not notify CSSP to reclaim Revoke Licensing, nor will it notify SCP to reclaim Revoke Quota.
