Issue Description

When the aCMP/SCP managing the VMware versions is too low or too high, sometimes the console cannot be opened. At this time, we can temporarily modify source code in order to use the VMware console.

Remarks: VMware console has more privileges and permissions than aCMP/SCP console. Customers need to be careful and not to perform any dangerous operations.

Handling Process

1. cd to "/sf/etc/vtp_vmware_compute".
   

2. Edit the file "vtp_vmware_compute.conf" and add "vm_console_type = vmrc".

3. Restart related services.
   Command : "systemctl restart vtp-vmware-compute.service"
   

Solution

If the Sangfor Console not working can switch to VMware own console.
