Problem Description

Multiple VM execute Disaster Recovery strategies. The strategy execution time is 0:00 every day. Backup tasks and backup transmission are triggered at times other than 0:00.

1. Check the gecko-periodic log, the system time has not been modified, but there is
   the system time is changed and will adjust the
   
2. Check whether the shut Disaster Recovery VM is still included in the Disaster Recovery strategy.
   

Root cause

Disaster Recovery backup is divided into Scheduled Backup/local backup tasks and remote backup transmission tasks. The shutdown VM affects the execution time update of the Scheduled Backup/local backup task. When the execution time is not updated for more than 30 minutes, it will be considered that the system has modified the time and the Scheduled Backup/local backup task will be executed immediately.

Remove the shut down VM in the Disaster Recovery policy.
