Problem Description

The next execution time of VMware Disaster Recovery plan is not displayed

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Primary Site Disaster Recovery site is VMware, and Secondary Site is HCI, which runs on Primary Site and performs backup under normal circumstances.
  2. Check that the Disaster Recovery recovery plan task strategy is configured normally and that VMware backup data is organized.
  3. Check License Key Licensing and find that only 6 VMware backups are authorized, but ACMP actually Licensing 16. After re-updating the 16 VMware backup authorizations, the next execution time of the Disaster Recovery plan is displayed normally.
