[SCP] Standby SCP shows failover status as error.
Issue Description
In some cases, users have reported that when an SCP failover is configured, an error is prompted on the standby SCP node.

Error/Warning Information
"This standby SCP is error, you can:
Log in to or restart the standby node, make sure the standby node is online, versions of the active and standby nodes are consistent, and the network connectivity is normal."
Handling Process
-
Verified whether both the active node and standby node have bidirectional communication, ensuring they can connect to each other (Ports: 443, 22345, 7000, and especially 3306).
-
As per checking, it was found that the standby node was unable to telnet to the active node’s port 3306.

Root Cause
The standby SCP node requires connectivity to the active SCP node for the specified ports, particularly port 3306, to enable proper bidirectional communication. This ensures seamless failover execution between the active and standby SCP nodes.
Solution
-
Advise the user to allow access to the ports on the standby SCP node, particularly port 3306.
-
Once the port access is granted, the SCP failover status returns to online, and the standby SCP node can successfully telnet to the active SCP node’s port 3306.

Suggestions
