[SCP] 630 or 630R1 cannot create a Work order Workflow

Problem Description

Unable to create a work Licensing Workflow in 630 or 630R1 (Enterprise Edition License) version, prompt: The current License Key does not support

Warning Information

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Confirm that Licensing type is Enterprise Edition and Licensing is unlimited
    ps: The Work order function requires support from enterprises and above

  1. This issue is confirmed to be an improvement issue and has been fixed in the 630R1 version with a Service Pack.
    If the customer is currently using version 630, it is recommended that the customer upgrade to version 630R1 before applying this patch (this package is only applicable to version 630)
