Problem Description

The cloud brain configures SMS alarms, and there is a time difference between the time the alarm is received and the time the platform alarm is issued.

Root cause

Changing the HCI password causes abnormal communication between the cloud agent and HCI

solution

There are currently two solutions:

  1. After changing the HCI password, immediately change the password on the cloud agent. It will not work if you wait more than 1 or 2 minutes. 2. Disable the platform, wait for 5 minutes, then change the password in the disabled state, and then enable the platform;
    The second repair method is recommended. The first repair method may cause repeated alarm reports.
