[SCP] Licensing status of SCP to HCI is always “Licensing”

Problem Description

SCP—-network device performs NAT address translation——HCI Cluster. After the NAT address is changed, the SCP Licensing status for HCI is always "Licensing"

Root cause

The cloud management system performs NAT, and the WAF in the HCI intercepts the Licensing request.

Solution 1: HCI Cluster package warning after version V6 YJ20200830008
Solution 2: Upgrade Cluster HCI cluster to version 620
