[SCP] SCP failed Reset Windows virtual machine password

Problem Description

Reset Windows virtual machine password via SCP fails, and the specified USB does not exist

Warning Information

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check that the SCP and HCI status are normal, and the vmTools is installed on the VM machine
  2. Check VM details and find that VM has a USB dongle mapped
  3. After cancelling the dongle mapping, Reset the password and successfully recover

Root cause

The password cannot be reset because a dongle is Reset the virtual machine

solution

Reset VM password, cancel all VM mapping devices such as dongles
