[SCP] SCP frequently accesses the customer’s DNS server (10.250.254.254)

Problem Description

The customer did not configure DNS on SCP, but packet capture revealed that SCP frequently accessed the customer's DNS server, and the DNS server IP was 10.250.254.254

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. The SCP backend checked the file: /etc/coredns/Corefile and found that the IP address 10.250.254.254 was used by the SCP containerized coreDNS. It conflicted with the customer's DNS server.

    Root cause

    The IP of coreDNS used by SCP containerization conflicts with the IP of the customer's DNS server

    solution

    Just configure another DNS on the SCP IP configuration page
