[SCP] SCP issues authorization to VAF, prompting Licensing exception (network cannot be connected)

Problem Description

SCP sends authorization to VAF, prompting: Licensing exception (network unavailable), 1.6Gbps Licensing, but the Licensing is 50m in the VAF console

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. SCP backend test to VAF network normal communication
  2. Check sfvt_authorizer_server.log in the SCP backend, search for: 4480, and the data is returned successfully!
  3. Coordinate with VAF R&D to assist in analysis and confirm that it is a known issue and does not support platform Licensing

Root cause

Known issues, all VAFs have this problem, only support cloud management platform or hyper-converged platform Licensing, and do not support af console interface Licensing. You need to delete the file cleanup Licensing to authorize the platform.

solution

  1. Execute in the VAF background: rm /sfos/system/etc/af/auth_mode_flag (deleting Licensing information does not affect the business)
  2. Re-authorize VAF (Shut Down Licensing is required, which affects business and requires coordination of business idle time operations)
