SCP large screen, service panorama shows network port abnormality, but in fact the network port is not used, need to remove the large screen network port alarm

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Log in to the corresponding HCI Cluster and confirm that the network port is not in use and is not plugged in.
  2. Check and Reliability Center SCP-Reliability Center-Hardware Health Check that the network port is not plugged in or is powered off or disabled.

Root cause

If the SCP detects that Node has a network card status that is enabled and not plugged in, this situation will be considered abnormal.

solution

You can log in to the corresponding HCI Cluster and disable all unnecessary network cards. At this time, the current status will be considered normal.
