[SCP] Tenant unbound elastic IP, but elastic IP was not released

Problem Description

After unbinding the elastic IP Allocate to Tenant the elastic IP pool, elastic IP pool interface still shows that it is occupied and has not been released.


Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. You can check which Tenant occupy elastic IP in the elastic IP.
  2. The elastic IP Allocate to Tenant can only be released by Tenant himself. You need to use the Tenant account and password to log in to the cloud management platform, unbind elastic IP and delete it.
