[SCP] The number of SCP Virtual Machine is inconsistent with the number VM on HCI

Problem Description

The number of SCP Virtual Machine is inconsistent with the number of VM on HCI. There are 8 on HCI, but only 5 on SCP, excluding the SCP VM themselves, which are two less.
The hyper-convergence version is 6.3.0R2, and the SCP version is 6.3.70, and no patches have been applied.

Root cause

From R&D

  1. The cloud hosts issued by the cloud management all have the suffix of acmp. These are created on HCI and should be synchronized. The default synchronization period is half an hour.
  2. The synchronization mechanism is that the template VM will not be synchronized, and VM operating system selected as the cloud management operating system will not be synchronized. The reason for the lack of synchronization this time is that the customer has two VM whose operating systems have selected the cloud management operating system.
