[SCP] When creating a security center component on the cloud management system, it prompts that the current performance Quota is 0 units remaining
Problem Description
When I create security center components such as EDR and LAS on the cloud management system, it prompts that the current performance Quota is 0 units. I have deployed a security Resource Pool on the cloud management system and applied for a trial authorization on the cssp, but I cannot see the applied trial authorization on the SCPLicensing

Effective troubleshooting steps
- In CSSP, it can be seen that EDR and other components Licensing, but in SCP, the performance Quota is 0.
Root cause
There are also AF, AD, and AC Licensing on CSSP. Normally, these are authorizations opened on SCP and do not need to be opened on CSSP. Only EDR, OSM, BVT, and LAS need to be opened on CSSP. If other components are opened, Licensing exceptions will occur.
For specific Licensing activation, please refer to the attachment. For testing, EDR, OSM, BVT, LAS, etc. do not need to be activated. You can directly apply for a trial on CSSP.
solution
After re-importing the newly opened CSSP Licensing, the new EDR and other components on SCP are normal
